Is Your Website Secure?

Yes,  this site uses Stripe and follows the most stringent industry standards for security. stripe is a quick and secure way for credit card and debit card payments online.

What is your privacy policy?

Sienne josselin and this site will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

sienne josselin art and goods are committed to getting your order out as soon as possible! Expect your order to ship between 1-3 days (1 day to process the order, 1 day to make and package and 1 day to send it out to ship with love.) 

Tracking is priced with your shipping and the tracking number will be emailed to you to see approximately when your package will arrive.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You may NOT return your merchandise unless the product is defective. Sienne Josselin does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If the item is damaged, and the item is returned within 30 days of receipt Sienne Josselin will consider an exchange or refund. please email hello@siennejosselin.com.

If returning or exchanging an item, all items must be unused and include the original packaging. Items must be clean and unwashed with all tags. Returned items smelling of smoke, containing pet and/or human hair, or being deemed by Sienne Josselin as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted. Once item has been used and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

EVENT AND class cancellation policy

Full refunds will only be granted if the EVENT AND/OR class is canceled. Please notify us immediately of any cancellations so another student on the waiting list may attend. a refund equal to half of the tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made 48 HOURS prior to the start of class/EVENT. No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 HOURS prior to class start date.

EVENT/class RULES + GUIDELINES

As an attendee or student, please understand and respect the following: 1) This workshop is non-refundable unless workshop is canceled. However, tickets are transferable. 2) host has the right to dismiss attendee if their behavior is disruptive, offensive, puts host and/or other attendees in danger without possibility of event/workshop refund. 4) materials and supplies provided by the event host are for use at your own risk. 5) Sienne Josselin and host parties are not responsible for any injuries sustained during event/workshop and/or onsite. 6) attendees may be photographed for use on all host parties sites for promotional and educational purposes. 7) by signing up for a workshop, you elect to be added to the email list of host parties and can opt-out at any time.
