join us for hiking or yoga or both! Raise your vibrations, get your body feeling juicy and open your heart and soul to the weekend!
as we get ready for our big event, autumn herbal equinox on september 27, we've got a little something special for you in the meantime: weekend wakeup to an early start of hiking and yoga through the trails of Griffith Park, Los Angeles. We'll start right behind Trails Cafe in a quick and easy hike to loosen up our muscles and continue the momentum with some power yoga. Of course, we can't forget the best part - the last and final phase - savsana and essential oils.
Whether you're wanting to work a little harder and get some high energy, heart beating start to the weekend or need a short break from your cement city, join us girlfriend! To RSVP for the class, the instructors/guides request barter items from the list below. (No one will be turned away if the barter item is not met.) detailed information will be emailed prior to all attendees.

Please bring: a water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, gym shoes, a yoga mat, towel and 1-2 barter items.
Barter items requested for the Ladies Adventure Club:
- 0.5 fl. oz. or larger essential oil (chamomile, geranium, rose, grapefruit, clove, pine, sage, bergamot, patchouli, sweet basil, spearmint, coriander, lavender)
- 4 fl. oz. carrier oils (almond, avocado, jojoba, hempseed, rosehip)
-beeswax candles (pillar, taper or tealight)
-natural shampoo + conditioner
-32 oz of any dr. bronner's scented body wash
-loose leaf tea
-palo santo incense sticks
-fresh bundles or potted herbs (rosemary, mint, lavender, white sage)
